IF YOU'RE WONDERING WHO'S BEHIND CHOCO AND PANCAKE... HERE’S A LITTLE ABOUT US!

Hi, I’m Pancake — a 25-year-old self-taught 2D animator and cartoonist. I’ve always had a passion for animation and storytelling, and while I didn’t have formal training, I decided to dive into it and teach myself along the way. It’s been an exciting and humbling journey, full of learning and growth. I’m so grateful for the community that’s supported us, and I’m thrilled to continue bringing our characters to life.

Choco and Pancake is inspired by our real-life stories and personalities!

It all started three years ago as a surprise for my partner, Choco, after a long day at work. We had been talking about creating something together for a while, but we could never quite find the right time. Being in a long-distance relationship, we wanted a way to feel closer to each other, and creating something together felt like the perfect solution. It became our way of staying connected while also working toward our dream.

We could have never imagined the overwhelming support and love we would receive from all of you. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey and continues to support us!

Over the past two years, we’ve met so many amazing people. Among them is our voice actress, Frankie Drury (@DankFrankDrury), who brought Pancake to life with her sweet, unique voice!

While we’re keeping our identities a secret for now, who knows — maybe there will be a reveal in the future. We’ll see! :)
